I had TLC for about 5 years now and this year my lawn is the best in my neighborhood. It takes a few years to get a lawn from looking crappy to looking nice. I do something's myself, example, I put tons of pelletized lime down twice a year to keep the pH in a reasonable range. During the fall I put some new seeds in the ground for the following spring. To keep your lawn looking 100% would cost $1000's, but I use this service to keep the basic chemicals to maintain a good lawn. Also I hate grubs, it may take one or two treatments, especially on the sunny side of your lawn. Grubs are the worse enemy for any lawn.

TLC is the best lawn service out there. I have been using them for the last 2 years and my lawn looks Beautiful! I get many compliments from people how great my lawn looks . I have used TrueGreen and Scott's and they both are over price and they do a poor job fixing problem spots in your yard .
