I'm very happy with them. I've been using them for several years, and they're very good. They actually do their job. There are other services that come around that do other people's yards, and they're much more annoying. These guys just do their job, completely professional, and there's much less annoyance than with other people who are doing other neighbors. I've had them. I've had other services and they would leaf blow for an hour after mowing the lawn for twenty minutes. These guys just do their job, do it well, do it fast, do it without annoyance. They just come. It's often a crew of two or three.

I was surprised by the reviews. I live in the Berks County Pennsylvania area, and I’ve had nothing but great service from TLC here, and my lawn looks amazing. Last year I had an issue with grubs and customer service was great in resolving my problem. I am using them again this coming season. Two years ago I was using Scott’s/Tru Green lawn care and still had weeds and clover in my lawn at the end of the season, so I switched to TLC last year and the weeds and clover are gone now.

We really like this company and the service they provide! I'm not sure about the negative reviews but we have not had anything but great service. Customer service is always available, and professional, when I've had to call. We are in PA so not sure where the negative reviewers are located, but the techs who treat our yard are very good. Sometimes we don't get a call telling us that they will be out, but that's not the end of the world. It took almost the entire first year for our lawn to start looking better, but it really does look great now. We are on our second year and are very happy that we contracted with them again. My husband used to treat our yard himself but for the time and money we spent doing it ourselves, it never looked this good. We actually had 3 neighbors stop by specifically to tell us that our lawn looks amazing and asked what we are doing! Thanks TLC!
