I had signed up for TLC before reading reviews and almost canceled. I can say so far I'm glad I didn't . On the day of application guy showed up and introduced himself was professional looked at lawn with me and did not seem to just rush my lawn but did a good job with application. After explained to me what he did and what I need to do . I will continue to see how it goes for the next four treatments but so far so good . So as for all the bashing I'm not sure where that is coming from at this point I am very happy and feel they have done a very satisfactory job . Dave Lincoln RI

I have been using tlc since 05. First at my mothers house. Removed 14 pines, all new loam and hydro seed. Never had any issues. Lawn never watered, just cut and fed. Use them on my yard since 2013, all new yard in 03, 60 trees, grade, loam hydro seed. Always looks great, never water, keep long, apply lime once a year in fall. Treatments are not magical. Use common sense, keep an eye out for pests, weeds before it's an issue. Tree placement/ shrub and type also help.

Been using these guys for years with good results. They perform five treatments combining seasonally appropriate feed and herbicides, and also inspect and comment on various matters (coloration of lawn, health, watering practice etc.) I also add grub proofing and lime, as given the price for each, it's actually about the same cost as if I did it myself ($66ea).

I find them a critical part of my lawn care program, as the timing for weed control and feeding is very important, and given my work-life, I'd certainly miss at least 2 critical feedings/treatments if I were doing it on my own. This allows me to focus on proper watering and cutting, spot seeding, spot weed control and other nuances that bring a good lawn up to a great one.

TLC is a big part of the compliments I regularly get on my lawn. While any great lawn still requires a lot of personal attention and care, without them, it'd be no where.

TLC offers a GREAT price and does an equally great job on my lawn. It costs me less to have them do it than to do it myself. All I know do is follow the instructions that they leave after every service and of course water my lawn once or twice a week if there is no rain. Thats it and my lawn looks great.
